Positive: Great apartment and host. Having a pool was a great bonus as they are quite hard to get in Split without spending stupid money. Really enjoyed our stay

Positive: The location was exactly what we were looking for – not too far from the center, yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The owner lives on the top floor and was always incredibly kind and helpful. Every time she saw us, she asked if we needed anything or offered to help us find attractions both in the area and across Croatia. A small kitten visited us from time to time, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. A nearby supermarket and bakery are just a two-minute walk away, which was perfect for grabbing fresh bread and preparing breakfast in the morning. Overall, we were very happy with our two-week stay and would definitely recommend Lipa Mare to anyone visiting the area.
Negative: The listing said the pool was private, but it was actually shared with the neighboring apartment. It wasn’t public, but not entirely private either. A clearer description would help set the right expectations.

Positive: Lovely little pool area King sized beds in both rooms Comfortable large lounge area and large kitchen with table and chairs and well equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and cleaning equipment. Combined shower toilet and laundry room with quality tiling. Breakfast area under shade Nothing was too much trouble with lot's of information about the local area and tips on where to go. A super host Private parking area. Lovely welcome pack of anything you might need or forgotten including beer, cider, wine, biscuits, fruit, coffee, toiletries and much much more. Would definitely go back here.
Negative: Only small things as it was a lovely place Could do with more sunbeds. A large parasol would be good as well. Lots of wardrobe space but not enough clothes hangers and no drawers in one bedroom. No full length mirror.

Positive: Very nice pool and close to Split center, harbors and beaches. Ubers were easy to get and under 10€ to get to city center.
